The overall housing market improved in the last 2 month tracking report with the Housing Supply dropping from a 6.1 month to a 5.6 month supply. All areas improved except Area 7, which is the Rock Creek area north of Jacksonville which had a slight increase.
This report when compared to last month's report shows the average selling price increasing $2,483, the average Days On Market dropping 7 days, and number of homes that sold increased from 589 to 676. Overall, this is a very positive report with the $8,000 Tax Credit continuing to influence these numbers.
