Why are they smiling?
Buddie and Amanda Adkins just finished closing on their new home in Hubert, NC. They will be moving into a new home with money in their pockets. The money they paid for Earnest Money and Appraisal, they got back at closing – plus they won’t have a mortgage payment until August 1st.
If they had rented, they would have spent over $2000 to get into a similar home. Plus when you rent, your home would not have been “brand new”, it could not have decorated as they wished, it would have cost extra for pets, and it would not have been their “home”.
