Looks like the new Keller Williams Realty office will be opening up around the first of January of 2010. With the lease signed and contractor doing renovations to the old DPA building at 3840 Henderson Drive, time line looks to be around January 1, 2010.
With 30 agents committed to the new office and more on the way, Keller Williams Realty is definitely going to make a change in the Real Estate landscape here in Jacksonville.
Many of the agents just finished a 9-day 18-session educational program, called Camp 4-4-3 which is designed to train KW agents on the basics of being sucessful as Real Estate Agents.
MREA Book club started lasr week going into depth on Gary Keller’s outstanding book, Millionaire Real Estate Agent” – we had 15 agents participating in this training.
Currently, we are meeting at 2 locations: Keller Williams Office in New Bern and its sales office in Jacksonville at 3372 Henderson Drive.
